Summary0002518: Missing data
DescriptionUsing the latest beta with the Asus ROG Maximus VIII Hero (Z130) motherboard it doesn't find the motherboard thermal sensor header T_sensor1 (the Extreme would have 3 of them) (can be read by bios, AIsuite and HWinfo), also it doesn't detect the water_pump PWM fan header (also detectable, if not controllable (?) by the same softwares).
Initially I thought the 6th fan found by the scanner was the water_pump one, but turned out it was the CPU_Opt header which will show RPM but won't be controllable.
In HW info both the missing items are listed under "Asus EC" and not the "Nuvoton NCT6793D" header.
Steps To ReproduceJust run the program and wait for initialization to finish.
Additional InformationLet me know if I can help in any way to make it possible to fully scan and control the latest generation ROG boards.

Oups, is there any way I can edit my report? The chipset is of course Z170 and not 130.

Same problem here, but with the ASUS Prime Z270-A. Seems like Speedfan is not able to communicate with the ASUS Embedded Controller (EC). HWInfo64 and AIDA64 do.
