I just released a beta that fully supports ARECA RAID controllers.

I would love to.... and I was pretty sure I had a least one ARECA/ARC controller running... but I was wrong.
I checked all my servers yesterday... AMMC 3Ware, HP, IBM, Intel, Adaptec and Dawicontrol controllers but sadly not a single ARECA controller, sorry.

Good news is, even though I prefer AMMC 3Ware I decided to give ARECA a chance. I'm gonna purchase an ARECA controller for a new project starting october this year. Just because I love Speedfan so much :)

Btw, If you want me to write request emails to other RAID controller vendors to support you with implementing their cards, just let me know.

Since SMART for RAID support has not a generic solution, I'm closing this issue, although I won't mark it as resolved.
I already have a contact with AMCC (3ware).
If anybody can help me to contact Adaptec and LSI it would be great.
Promise already told me that they don't want to help me.
